I would like to take this opportunity to thank Doris for her excellent service and I would also like to compliment her for her good patience and the extra mile to provide me an excellent service! I must said : I am really impressed.
I was frantically looking for a pair of nice wedding shoes for my ROM which is 4 days away. I went around the shopping malls in Orchard but could not find any so I decided to surf the internet to try my luck. As I was browsing through the internet, I came across Sinderella website. I went to take a look at the shoes gallery and ...wow...I saw 2 pairs of shoes that I really like to match my ROM dress. Without hesitation, I decided to call Doris & make an appointment to see her. Doris was very patient and waited for me to finish my job (it was about 2130) in order to pop by her shop to try the shoes. I really appreciated! When I reached the place, I was in dilemma again because one pair really goes well with my gown but my preference was the silver pair which I really fell in love when I saw it..the feeling was liked love at 1st sight. I could not make up my mind which one to choose so Doris made an extra mile (which I really appreciate) by offering to pop by with me to the bridal shop to try the 2 selected shoes with my ROM dress. After trying on the 2 pairs, I finally managed to buy the pair that I loved most which was the silver pair. I was really happy :)
I really appreciated Doris efforts as she travelled down to clients' place to help them knowing the fact that most of the brides will be very busy during the period of time to prepare for their wedding. I must say it is really not easy to find these good service from anyone else.
Doris, I really appreciate a lot for your patience and effort. I have made the right choice to choose Sinderella as my Bridal shoes. I will definitely recommend Sinderella to my friends.

I just finished cleaning the shoes from dust after the pre-wedding photo shoot taking place yesterday in KL! Now they looked as pretty as when I received them :)
... I was very fortunate to get to know Sinderella bridal shoes (via the Malaysia Brides forum).

"I found sinderella when I did a search online for wedding shoes. It was love at first sight when I saw the pictures of those shoes on the sinderella website. I immediately contacted Doris and was pleased to hear a very friendly voice on the phone.
She was very helpful and within the next few days, she came by my office with a wide array of shoes and handbags for me to choose from. I did not take long to choose my ideal pair of shoes which was the Jodie design. Unfortunately, the size was a little too small. Doris then assured me that she would pass me the right size shoes before my photoshoot.
She was also nice enough to pass me a copy of the wedding songs/music she used for her own wedding when she realised that I brought forward my wedding (she was concerned that I would not have enough time to plan things like songs etc).
All in all, I find Doris' service very professional. She is a very nice and friendly girl who goes her way out to make her customers happy."
